Just wondering if a few of the folks who are seeing the band live for the first time on this tour would be willing to post about their impressions here and maybe say a little about the circumstances... long-time fan or newcomer, young or less-young, whatever is relevant to share. (I realize you're probably posting in individual fanview threads but I always thought it would be fun to have these together in one thread.)

    Throw all your studio albums out, buy the bootlegs and go to a show and I mean any show. Only bad show I attended out of the 12 was right after that incident where the 9 fans were trampled, show was subdued w sound turned down, understandable. This band is 10 times the band live and the studio albums can leave some so so fans on the fence. Truth is never regretted one dollar spent and will continue to spend my hard earned overly taxed dollars seeing this band who never disappoints.... Except for not playing Angel which I know they will never play but am hopefully each time I go

    On November 29th in Portland, OR, I will be bringing my partner, her mother, and my brother all to see Pearl Jam, all for the first time.
