GA ticket scalping

I am trying to toe the line with what is allowed to discuss here...I will give it a shot

I have already committed my 2nd GA ticket for Worcester II to someone else through the fan club for face value. However, here at the last minute, I have someone who may want to join me at the show, in the pit. Question is this -

Were there GA tickets being requested or offered for sale outside the venue prior to the Pittsburgh or Buffalo shows? If so, were they reasonably close to face value?

And as a separate item (which I know is a long shot, hence this post), anyone have a Worcester II GA they want to let go for face value? I don't have any tickets to trade unfortunately.

are you going with anyone? wouldn't you rather have a friend join you. try to post an ad to get another one. there were none that i knew of outside the venues. but you never know. do what you feel is best. i had someone back out on me at the last minute leaving me holding the bag in pittsburgh. luckily i had someone else to take it or i would have been screwed. just do whats best for you.

by the way it was just as much a dick move for the guy to cancel on me at 730pm. that can happen too.

You should try reading the words that are above first. Tends to be a prerequisite for dick move accusing, in my opinion.

Wasn't going with anyone, now I may be, but I've already promised the 2nd ticket away, and I'm not backing out on that.

I'm trying to find out what I should expect if we're forced to try and buy a GA ticket outside the show, if anyone had any experience with it for the first two shows.

Yes there were people scalping tickets @ PITTS and you could buy one very easily.

finding a ga ticket outside the show for face would likely be very unlikely and wouldnt recommend planning for that to happen. Especially if you are likely trying to get in fairly early to get a spot.

dimitris has posted in both the Pitt and Buffalo threads that GA tickets were available at the box office day of before both shows

Just in case it comes down to it, any idea what they were asking? Was it totally ridiculous?
