    An impassioned rant for sure. Seems like he has some ideas worth exploring. His solution is centered around a 2% direct loans to business. How does that work? What does it do to get us out of the current gridlock we're in?

    I'm at a remote location for work so my replies will be brief but to me he's saying that we become less reliant on foreign investors and we re-invest in ourselves. We rebuild from within.
