Anyone still not get the CD in mail? What the crap?

I'm in the U.K. so doubt mine will arrive on time. Will have the downloads to keep me going

Nothing. Just the CD, which is fine by me. I'm just glad I got it early.

Mail came, no cd. Didn't expect the vinyl, and didn't care if it got here in time. They explained the issues so not a biggie. I did think the cd would have made it. Paid quite a bit for shipping and nothing.

I did however get something today from Amazon that I ordered Wednesday night. I selected free shipping 5 - 8 business days and it gets here in three days

I went to the record store last night and asked if I could buy it early. They said they have it, but can't sell it early because they're cracking down on that.

Amazon has shipping centers all over the country. You really can't expect the ten club to rival Amazon for shipping.

Amazon has shipping centers all over the country. You really can't expect the ten club to rival Amazon for shipping.

oh, I know...I wasn't really comparing them against each other. I just find it funny that I paid more for an item to get here early, which didn't. And I selected free "slow" shipping for another item that I didn't care when it got here and it was here in three days. I'm sure the amazon item was shipped from closer than Seattle.

It'd be nice if they release the download copies on Monday

Has anyone checked their order status and seen their Lightning Bolt CD as still in the warehouse? I checked mine just now (Saturday, October 12). Status says Warehouse. Did I pay more for this item to receive it after the release date? Awesome.

I don't people are really "that" upset. Obviously, in the grand scheme of things, it really doesn't matter. But in the goods section it is advertised as getting it early. Some of us decided to pay more for shipping and help out the 10c only to not get it early.

The vinyl was out of there control, the cd not so.

Oh and my status still says warehouse- I'm guessing that has to do with the download release?

I ordered from Amazon because I know it will be here on release day, but I also know its unlikely it will show up early. That was the trade off I chose to make for the certainty of know it will be here on Tuesday.
