Hi
I wanted to transfer tickets I bought on TM site.
It says:
'Sorry, Ticket Transfer is currently unavailable.
The artist, team, or venue may not offer it for this event or it could be temporarily delayed
.'

have you met with that? will they unblock tix transfer option ? I already e-mailed them, but unitil they won't answer I wanted to ask you.

The other thing is they don't offer printable versions of tix for these concerts, only pick up at box office.
They need credit card that was used for tix payment. What if I'd transfer the tic to someone else ? Do they still require to present cc ?

have you figured it out ?

I contacted TM about the same issue yesterday. They told me it was dependent on the Band, Venue, or City's preference. They have no control over it unfortunately. You can download and then email them to someone else to print and use. Or print them yourself and then send them. Those are pretty much your only options. At least those were my only options. Good luck.

Reading this tells me you're from outside the United States and since they require you to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets in order to pick them up at the box office, you won't be able to transfer them to anyone.

Search Ticketmaster help for "International Ticket Transfer"

It may be the venue. I encountered this when I sold my extra Dallas ticket. My LA tix are easily transferred but not Dallas. Just download your tix, save the pdf. and email it to the ticket recipient. I also printed and mailed a copy as a back up. Probably not necessary but I did anyway.

    Hi,
none of my spare tix (Baltimore and Charlottsville) can be transfered via TM :(
they also don't have Print at home option.

    I really don't get it.
If they will e-mail me tickets and I will e-mail them to someone I will sell the tix to, can they present the tic with my name on it ?
What about the credit card.... :fp: I really don't get it.

    reg. Baltimore gig
they say that the organizer / promoter / venue does not allow to do tix transfer -> did anyone had that possibility to do TM transfer for Baltimore show ?

    reg. Charlotsville gis
they say they can e-mail me tic and someone who has the same lat name as the card holder's name (my relative) can go... That is bullshit.

I wouldn't spend 8 hours in from of my laptop trying so hard to purchase any tix once they went on sale, if I knew there will. be so many problems to transfer the tix :fp:

    Problem solved.
TM will e-mail me both tix and I can forward them to someone else.
Thanks for helping and enjoy your shows!
