    at the top of this window, you'll see "My Account". Click on it, and a drop down menu appears.

    click "forum account".

    at the user control panel, click on "Profile".

    now click on edit account settings.

    this will come up: Please manage profile data on the main Pearl Jam site.

    so now click on where it says "pearl jam site", and it brings you to your account info. at the bottom is your avatar box. click "browse". the image you want to use has to be previously downloaded onto your pc. when you've chosen your picture, click "upload image". you'll see it in that box.

    HOWEVER, in my experience, it doesn't show up in the forum until you've reset your cookies or whatever that is.
