Pearl Jam Town Hall on 10C Radio?

Hi, guys!

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but will the Q&A be exclusively on Sirius XM?
Will we be able to listen to it through 10C Radio? I think there's a certain delay between both radios, right? Sirius XM seems to air things first.
