Just watched this on FX.

Really like where they're going with this season. Good cast.
And so you see, I have come to doubt
All that I once held as true
I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.

I thought it was a solid episode until

    spoiler below:

They went to that Madame Lafalalalala's old house and there was some kind of muddled explanation for their trip, then they had the back story of her demise, then dug her up? and she was alive... all that was a bit more sloppy than the rest

I have high hopes for this season. I loved the first season. The second season I liked but didn't love. I think Coven has started out strong. And boy, can Kathy Bates play an evil women well.

    i love the packers. :|
    I lost a bet...

Yeah, I'm guessing she was a witch, hence still alive.

I think they were going to that mansion because Jessica Langes character, the Supreme Witch, was looking for a way to get younger.

  • I'm on the fence so far. I thought the first season and second season was awesome. Both of them grabbed me instantly. This one was sort of hit and miss for me. However I did like the "drop a house on you" joke

I assumed she was alive because of the potion Angela Bassett gave her, something so she could be buried alive and suffer eternally or something.
And weren't they actually going to some other place (didn't Jessica Lange say that a Supreme could find a way in) but the clairvoyant girl stopped and went into the Bates Motel when she sensed something, then the others follower her.

Good call on the clairvoyant. Forgot about that.

  • Well I saw the second episode. Its alright, I just don't like it when the teenagers are involved... That's when the show just comes to a halt.

Its OK. I think last season and the beginning of Season 1 were better. This has things that keep me going. A bit too much though IMO. Just a ton of elements they need to tie together quickly, because right now it comes off as cluttered
