Philly Wells Fargo Pit Location

This is from the Wells Fargo Center website, specific seating chart for PJ shows. I initially thought the pit would take up most of the floor. Looks like it is only about a third of the floor, which is fan-flippin-tastic if true! Can anyone confirm?
