How do I get pics up this site?

Just joint the site, and wanted to post some pics on it... But as a real digibetical I don't know how. Can anyone give me some tips?

    Yes, it partially is my own doing. The drawing is mine, the blue background is of my webmaster. It the log off my practice as an art therapist.

    I got the tip from an other member to re-size the picture (max. 480x480, I believe). I hope it wil work out with your avatar. By the way, is my avatar visible, cause I can't see it when I read my own posts.
