FT: Two Worcester 2 tickets for Worcester 1

I have two Ten Club GA tickets for Worcester 2 that I need to trade for Worcester 1. Looking for GA or a good reserved pair. Found out I have a commitment on the 16th so I have to trade.

Also - I haven't gotten many tickets through the Ten Club before so forgive me if this is a dumb question: The ticket policy says you have to pick the tickets up at the box office with no exceptions - how does this work if I can't go to the show? Am I stuck with the seats? Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

    You MUST be able to pick up your tickets the day of the show in person.

    If you do not, you will not get your tickets and will not be refunded. No exceptions.
