I collect all the shows I go to, which include back to backs and I have:

Hello Kitty?
No. It's classic art from Don Pendleton, the artist who produced the album art.
Do a little research:

kinda happy I stayed home and watched baseball last night. :P
Oh well, all that means is tonights poster and shirt r gonna kill.0 -
Are the posters signed/numbered?0
-
Also just wanted to point out that there was definitely not a "one item limit" enforced last night as previously rumored. I saw numerous people with multiple shirts and posters, FWIW. Assuming/hoping this means they will have plenty left of everything for everyone hoping to get stuff at the shows fri/sat.0

It was a cool experience.
When I arrived at 830 PM, I was last ( for a few moments).
I was approx 27th in line. Right behind the first barrier.
A guy blasted PJ from his truck 95 % of the time,
& if not for him, it wouldve been unbearable.
If you';re out there, Big thanks. Appreciate it !
We have all seen the posters so thats old news by now,
And Don Pendleton was indeed there, but
we were advised not to disturb him at work.
A guy directly infront of me on line picked up 5 of each poster.
They did not implement the limitations we had all heard of.
One of the Brooklyn 35 dollar tees I picked up had only 1 date on it, the 19th . :fp:
The kicker was , not a single city/tour stop sticker to be seen
and just as absent, if not moreso,
not a single fucking new Lightning Bolt hat, of any variety, period.
Don't know what the point was
other then to be around equally as rabid fans on one city sidewalk for 4+ hours.
Oh well, I got my show posters for the Brooklyn gig. Whoo- whoo,..For the ones who had a notion, a notion deep inside

I could be mistaken but wasn't the black shirt for the first night and the blue shirt for the second night. I think they each only had one date on it?0 -

Am I really the only one that thinks the art work for the album is complete crap other than the cover? I mean really, that Swallowed Whole thing on a back of a hoodie has to be the worst idea ever. And then to be subjected to that kiddie art for the Brooklyn show posters - give me a break.
I guess I'm glad I don't have to ruin a nice Friday afternoon bar hopping in lower Manhattan even pondering getting to the Merch early for fear of THAT poster selling out.
Pittsbugh gets a cool Steel worker, Buffalo gets a neat Buffalo/Queen City nod of the head and Brooklyn gets square and triangle Weebles meant to represent its diversity? Egad. Let's hope Jeff realizes his friend took advantage of him and gets his brother to throw something together quickly for the real shows.
I am so glad I did not waste my time last night.Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.0 -
Does anyone know if the vinyl sold at the Volcom shop was a limited/colored version? Someone just sold one on ebay claiming as much (http://www.ebay.com/itm/PEARL-JAM-DON-P ... 1239241288?).
I assumed they were all the same normal (black) vinyl but would be kicking myself if that was not the case.0 -
Just got back from Volcom and they still had shirts, vinyl, CDs, and a heavy stack of posters for both dates (at least 30+ of each?) They said they were originally not supposed to sell the posters after the pop=up last night, but that whoever was with the band said to just keep them and sell them off, FYI.0
