Bernie Worrell @ Adelaide Hall Saturday Sept 28th (tomorrow night). Bernie Worrell is an original member of Parliment Funkadelic and has worked with just about everyone. He's probably the most sampled keyboardist on the planet.

Had to post this just in case one or two of you Funk fans, or just music lovers in general, were not aware that the great Bernie Worrell will be playing in Toronto tomorrow night. Tix are $25 at the door.

Speaking of Funk, Billy Cobham is playing in the GTA on Oct 9th at The Flato Markham Theatre. Get your tix now!

I'm getting tired of going to see living legends play to 50 or so people, and then they never come back. Not to mention that you would never know about these shows without actively seeking them out. I only found out about Bernie a few days ago, and by accident at that. Anyways get out there and check out Bernie Worrell and Billy Cobham.

That is an insane first concert. So you got to see 60% of the best musicians in the world, at that time, in one night, on one stage? Absolutely fucking priceless. I am huge fan of both John Mclaughlin and Frank Zappa. I was 2yrs old in 1973, but when time machines hit the market I'm definitely checking out this lineup.
