Form that chord for appregiating like a open position C chord. Use your pinkie to hit the 5 on g string and bring your ring finger off the d string to hit the 4 on G after the 5 then move it back it the d string to finish and repeat.
Going by memory and brain image here. Not on my guitar now.
Ps. Check what you transcribed. Prolly just a typo/confusion but your strings are misnamed or upside down or both.

pointer on b string, ring on d string, both stay put. pinky hits the 5 on g, middle finger hits the 4.
