Pearl Jam is teaming up with Gathr to bring Pearl Jam Twenty to theaters in select tour markets.

Experience Pearl Jam Twenty in a theater. Watch it again or view it for the first time if you missed the original theatrical release. At these select screenings, before the original film, Pearl Jam will bring you a special feature that includes interviews and live performances of songs from their forthcoming album Lightning Bolt.

Also with your ticket purchase Pearl Jam and Gathr will send you a free digital bootleg download from a select show on the 2013 North American Tour (Delivery of bootleg will come after tour ends). Gathr allows you to bring the movies you want to a venue near you. Here’s how it works:

I'm new to this Gathr thing, but:
What's this all mean? Apparently, they have Tuesday, 10/29 at 7 PM reserved for us...but it can only happen if enough people pre-buy tickets at $10 each...oh, you also get a free bootleg from the 2013 TOUR! (Hey, it's something like $9.95 through this site, right? By my math, either the movie ticket or the mp3 is free!)


It's now or never!



What say a pre-movie happy hour at 4th Street (half-off ALL drinks!) Of course, it would be all dependent on if the movie happens. I assume the Lighting Bolt stuff happens at 7 PM, with the movie following immediately thereafter?

A TUESDAY NIGHT AT STUDIO 35 MEANS...
HALF-OFF DRINKS RIGHT NEARBY AT 4TH STREET BAR AND GRILL'S 60 TAPS

(Or something like that...it's a ridiculous number of taps they have, plus the shots and whatnot.)

We could also attempt to bring it to the new theater at the ARENA DISTRICT!!!!

COSI has that ginormous screen, but now I'm just kidding myself. :lol::lol:

    I've been putting in whatever date it "recommends" by default. Hopefully we don't need to pre-determine a date, then bombard the site with that same request.

    A half-marathon is 13.1 miles. According to Google Maps, it's 9.9 miles walking from "Westerville" to Studio 35. It's about three PJ songs in the car driving.

    Now, if you have a wife or kids or a dog or something, I can see that. I don't think Studio 35 allows dogs, but you could probably make a sign that says "Service Animal" and walk in with the Ray Charles sunglasses... :lol:
