Where are all the boots? I've read scores of responses saying, "give it some time, they'll turn up" or "the unwritten rule for bootlegs is wait two weeks before you start asking..." There were even several GUARANTEES that all/most shows would have quality boots floating around by now.

Well, who's got them? And I'm talking boots, as in PLURAL. Anyone?
