Hey guys!
I know this is a Pearl Jam forum, but I figure there has to be some Nine Inch Nails fans here too. I would post this on their forums but their members really aren't that active. I have 3 tickets to the show on October 1st, at the Chaifetz Arena. I have 1 that is through the NIN Presale and will allow us entry to the show 15 min early and 2 GA Floor that were bought through the venue's presale. I paid right around $100 for each of them, but would be willing to negotiate a great price for anyone that could help me get rid of these this late. I will have to meet you at the venue because all my tickets have to be picked up at the Will Call window.
I realize this is last minute, but all my friends backed out and stuck me with the cost of all these tickets. It's a very long story but basically don't ever agree to cover the presale of tickets when they are for your ex girlfriend and her friends. The simple story is that I trusted her because she makes an incredible salary and we have been friends since our breakup many years ago. I know most will say I should have saw this coming, but I really didn't.
I have been pretty active on here lately with poster trades, sales and giveaways. I have members that would readily vouch for me and my integrity.
We can work out something as far as receiving payment as well. The NIN Presale has a strict no resale policy so we would have to work out payment before we get to the Will Call line. I don't know how strict the venue will be for theirs.
I also will say that if you want to bring your friends, you are not in anyway obligated to stay with me once we enter. At this point I am planning to make the drive down alone and come back that night. I live 4 hours away and it really isn't that bad of a drive. If you really wanted to make a trip of it. I do still have a reservation at the Courtyard Marriott (4 blocks from the venue) for a 2 bedroom suite. It cost me $235 and we could always split the cost. I know that might be kinda weird to be sleeping in the same room as a guy you literally just met in person. Especially if you were to see how crazy and hyped a NIN show gets me.
Here is a link with some more information on the tour: http://tour.nin.com/
I hope to hear from anyone out there that might have been on the fence about going to this show. As I have told my friends, the closer we get to the show, the lower the ticket prices will be. Thanks guys for giving this thread a look!
Best wishes,
Simon
