    Wasn't going to listen to Sirens but then 10c gave me an mp3 of it so I played it. Not keen on it, really cheesy and Pearl Jam can do much better IMHO. I don't know, with this and MYM, Ole and Backspacer I'm beginning to think the guys have lost their touch. Hope I'm wrong and the rest of Lightning Bolt is much better!

    Haven't been blown away by any of the songs I've heard so far for this album. That includes the two singles and the other two songs played at Wrigley. That said, I believe they are better than most of what's on Backspacer but that's not saying a whole lot. The last song that really got me fired up when released was Life Wasted.

    If you still haven't heard get away or lightning bolt (not the wrigley version) then your worries are all for nothing. Those tunes seriously kick ass and rock with a vengeance.

    I personally enjoy getaway the most from the new album, followed by LB second.

    I've never been neutral about anything PJ has released. I'll be as excited a little kid right up until release day, then I'll drive my wife nuts by overplaying the album for a week. It happens every time, there's nothing I can do to change it :D
