Joe Buck - Article from Deadspin on Eddie

I just read this short article from Joe Buck on Pearl Jam and when he met Eddie for the first time. This could have been posted before, I looked and couldn't find it on here so I thought I would share. It's pretty cool and I got goose bumps towards the end.

    Not a Joe Buck man (and I love and respect how he addresses that in the first paragraph :lol: ), but that was a good read.

    I never understood the hate for Joe Buck either.

    Anyone who is a PJ fan is ok in my book, they can't be all that bad. :lol:

    The only reason that I, as a Mets fan, put up with Jason Bay for three years was because he came out to PJ. In his final season it was SOLAT and I enjoyed rocking out to it every time.

    That's funny - it's also my reason for trying to give him the benefit of the doubt for being so terrible as a Met.

    Great read - I happened to be at that show since my husband had business there, and it's not talked about much, but it was a terrific show.
