I knew these posters are popular and they are quite beautiful but... Wow! I cant believe what a s/n cracker jack poster is going for on ebay right now! That's nuts! ALMOST $500.00 WITH A DAY TO GO!

When will the Wrigley Field merchandise start to take a dive? Shirts are $125.00 and more!

After the fall tour starts?

Next year?

Never?
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.

That's ridiculous!!! Are people bidding it to that?? Makes me wonder if scalpers are bidding these up cause they have some to sell!
Cant buy what i want cause its free....
  • I would love to get one of the Windy City black shirts from Wrigley as they sold out right away when I was there but I'm not going to pay $125.00 for the damn thing! I would do $50.00 but a t-shirt for $125.00! Nuts.

The Ames variant and the S/N Shuss are going for crazy prices right now.

  • Not that I give a shit, but couldn't 10Club take this down since it was labeled "not for resale"?
  • Yeah, a unopened pack of cards went for $86 on ebay. Insane.

It would be funny if they did!

  • I think the S/N Shuss will be a hard one to come by since the sale was done through the 10C. Only 10C members got them and I think members are more likely to retain the poster than sell it. But only time will tell...

  • Aaaand, did you see where the sig is? It looks like it might be difficult to frame without covering part of it up.

Yep, same way on mine. It's going to take a delicate touch from the framer in order to keep all/most of the signature visible.

They can sell the Shuss S/N for whatever they like, I still wouldn't trade my Mural for it. If the Shuss is selling for that much, why wouldn't the mural (with zero show prints) go for even more than that in a month or so? I've come to the conclusion I would only trade my Mural for PJ20 Ames Variant or PJ20 Mookie S/N. Sounds like a crazy trade right now but we will see in a few months to a year. Those are the only 2 that are worth the Mural to me in trade. I wanted the PJ20 Billboard but realized that thing is ugly as sin and to me the drawing has nothing to do with Pearl Jam, Wisconsin, or the show itself. I get it was done before my eyes but still won't change the fact that has to be the most expensive ugly poster I have ever seen.
As for the Mural bashing, I don't get it. The Mural couldn't have been done inside the venue. You think they would have been like "Sure, you can "graffiti" the inside of WRIGLEY FIELD!"? The mural also represents Chicago almost as well as the Ames Variant and also is the only one that will represent the 3 hour rain delay.

I think the Shuss is the most displayable of the posters. It can easily fit into the decor in a lot of rooms, den, rec room, bar area, sports bar/room area, etc. And it's based off a classic baseball snack, Cracker Jack. It's a pretty "house friendly" poster for lack of a better term.

I think it has to do with the fact I actually scored a limited poster for once, without having to pay more than the artist sold it for. Has definitely become my favorite print I own and am even selling a super rare NIN print to get mine framed. I guess i have been all over the place talking about it but I guess that is because it feels nice to once be on the other end of things. I'll chill though cause I'm sure some are sick of hearing from me. :fp:

I can also agree with that because the odd shape of the Mural is already hiking the price of framing up for me. I live in B.F.E. Iowa and even taking a poster in to be framed is a challenge. I had a guy actually crease my Ames Newark while measuring it (right in front of me) and his response was "It is just a poster man.". Well that was a cheap Ten Club purchase but I will be expecting the framer of my Mural to be wearing white gloves and a suit similar to Walter White's on Breaking Bad!
