    Not a family secret. Probably just pulled from the internet lol. Enjoy:

    1/2 cup coconut oil
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
    1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    Melt coconut oil. Blend all ingredients together. Pour into paper lined muffin tin cups, about half-inch full. Place in freezer for 30 mins. Remove and store in a sealed container in the fridge.
    I'm finally going to make these tomorrow! I can't believe I held out so long. Will post pics and taste reviews tomorrow! YUM! Thanks again, WTM!

    AWESOME!! I'm so glad you like it! And relieved, lol. Yeah they are ridiculous. And only 70 calories each, apparently. My wife deserves all the credit, though. She found the recipe and she makes them- but I'm happy to pass it along. I'll let her know what you thought! : )

    I ate 2 and hubby ate 1 (and immediately he fell into a sugar coma - what a lightweight!) I feel very proud of my self control! Only 70 calories each! I can eat the rest of them tomorrow then! :)) I think I made them a little big, as the last cup just covers the bottom, it was a thin PB cup - which was delicious as well! I am awful at making candy, cookies, etc., but these are a breeze to make. It took less than 10 minutes, then that damn 30 minutes in the freezer.

    Seriously, everyone needs to make these! :-bd

    Tried to post this last night, but kept getting an error message. Have had amazing willpower today, but I feel that I may 2 more soon! YUM!

    But yeah, I guess so, lol. The chocolate ones. But they don't look nice like that anymore. They stopped using artificial colours and flavors a few years ago..... that sounds good, but it made them taste and look way worse, lol.
