Arctic Monkeys vs Sigur Rós

Hi!

This a question for anyone who has had the opportunity to see both Arctic Monkeys and Sigur Rós live:

I'm going to a music fest, in a couple of months, where both these bands will be playing. The problem is that they will be playing at pretty much the exact same time... and both will be so far apart, that I HAVE TO chose of them or neither...
I really like both bands, but have never seen them live. so I don't know what to do... :S

Doe sanyone have any suggestions? If by any chance anyone has seen both bands live, who do you recommend and why?

    Sigur Ros

    Seen Artic Monkeys at a festival and they're pretty run of the mill. They get on stage, play their songs, with some witty banter inbetween. If you want to see them at a club show, it will be 20-30 bucks.

    Sigur Ros is a unique experience, very artistic live production. If you wanted to see them headlining at a theatre show, it will be 40-60 bucks. Better deal to catch them at a fest and pay to see Artic Monkeys at a club show.

    Sigur Ros live is a moving experience. In my top 3 shows, maybe even my #1. They're in their own league, nothing else like it.

    Iv'e seen Arctic Monkeys 6 times and think they are an outstanding live band and would recommend seeing them at some point if you get the chance at another time. If you had asked the question 2 days ago I would have said go see Arctic Monkeys.

    But...

    I went to see Sigur Ros last night at Jodrell Bank....They were phenomenal, it was a completely amazing live experience almost like being in a dream. It really was an incredible.

    Go and see Sigur Ros...you will not be disappointed.
