Just because there is a political push doesn't make it a farse. It's definitely real. Of course industry is going to take advantage of that and the politicians will fall in line. Politicians are just pawns of industry until we enact term limits and anti-lobbying laws.

Its about a balance of course....but the see saw is way to the left and failed liberalism is in the air! We breathe it, smell it, see it and hear it everywhere.....and most of us dont even know it. Its time to balance out the see saw....by bringing in a libertarian administration!

It's more of what their political philosophy is than the party. Not all Democrats are Liberals and not all Republicans are conservatives.

Me personally I think they both are dumb and smart. There needs to be a balance. If we were too much of the other there would be a problem, which is what you are saying pretty much.

I live on Planet Earth... and yeah, global temperatures are on the rise and ice shelves are breaking off, cooling ocean waters and changing weather patterns over here.

I mean, all of that pollution they are making isn't doing anything wrong in your opinion, right? They should forget about doing thing to make their manufacturing processes cheaper, even if it means pouring deadly particles into the air and toxic waste into the waters.
You must agree with the Chinese government because they believe the same thing that you do... Money is the most important thing and it is cheaper to pollute than to work out processes to recover and dispose of toxic waste.
