Some may know, but http://www.newburycomics.com still have a few Alice In Chains - The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here CD's with additional signed booklets left for $49.95.
I was lucky enough to get the signed print from the pre-order. But this is cool.

It wasn't. Newbury Comics has a bad habit of doubling or tripling the price when they only have a few left. One of their few downfalls.
