Sydney - No Side Shows

I have read that the band are not playing any side shows on the BDO tour. Is this a joke? BDO is a terrible festival and I would be suprised for the band to come all this way just to play a couple of Festival/Stadium shows. Does anyone have any information on this??

    No mate, no joke. From all reports there will be no side shows. Be happy that they are coming to back to Australia and gracing our shores once again.

    Playing the Big Day Out will be a different experience for them in Australia. I've seen them play outdoor stadiums, indoor stadiums, concert halls and at a race track but never at a festival so it will be a new experience for me and one that I am looking forward to.

    And they will be playing a 2 hour long set so should be one hell of a show.

    I really wish they were playing side shows too, but after giving it a lot of thought I went ahead and bought a ticket for both Sydney shows. I don't want to miss out on seeing them, even though I'm far from thrilled about their choice of festival.
