wtf with people...?crazy

i just saw the news here..

a father and a daughter when to a restaurant..dinner..all normal
after that took father motorcycle and left..on the way back,they stop to buy a packet of cigarettes..
the girl went to the shop
bought cigarettes and she was walking back to her father,
then he put out a gun and shot her twice in the head and left..

the poor girl fighting for her life right now...doc says if she get away and dont die ,will be sure paralyzed from her neck and down..

wtf...only 17 years old..
