Only played NINE times In SEVENTEEN years!

Last played 10-22-2006

Hasn't been played in almost SEVEN years!

    It is a shame that Just Breathe is played every other show and this beautiful song has been neglected for years.

    totally love this song, I think it should be played at least once a year

    Don't get me wrong Just breathe is a lovely song but you took the words out of my mouth!

    Maybe if Just Breathe had only been played 7 times since 09 we'd be sayin the same thing about it.

    I Was actually listening to No Code yesterday and looked up the stats for that too. I approve this request. Ever since I became a father I stated to really "get" this song.
    Still can't believe I met Mike Mccready at the Guggenheim and got a pic with him!!!!!

    so weird I was just listening to this song the other day and I couldn't understand why it isnt played more, and my girlfriend who isn't the biggest PJ fan in the world really liked it, bringing her to Philly for her first PJ show, hope they play it, maybe we should start a petition

    Now here's a song request thread I can gladly support. Such a great song. What a gem!

    Don't over do it, but play it a couple or a few times on this tour. Can easily substitute it for Just Breathe once in a while, which has gotten plenty of rotation the past few years.

    In the last few years they always open encore 1 with just breathe, the end, and occasionally off he goes.

    There are so many songs that would work here...

    If they opened encore 1 with any of these songs (some have happened before) it would be great!

    Footsteps
    Wash
    Nothing man
    Present tense
    Man of the hour
    Parting Ways

    And the list goes on and on. If they want a slow song to start the encore, there are MANY to choose from!!

    One of my favorites... last time I heard Around the Bend live was Philly 2005 after the two Borgata shows. Followed by an awesome version of Harvest Moon with the girls from Slater Kinney on backup vocals.

    One of the ONLY songs Slater Kinney sounds good singing with pearl jam :)

    there are so many really sensually inspiring songs... I think that ..well I'm probably sure that some of the songs were written during some of the best and worst parts of personal relationships, and may be harder for some of them to play than others. I couldn't imagine being a famous person and having your heartbreak so felt so strongly by so many because of the same tie -- that we all bleed our tears heartside out. Around the Bend means so much to me as it was one of the songs i heard for the first time when I was still healthy enough to enjoy more things... and one of those things was the beautiful line of that song and how it ends..... still haunting... great memories and I didn't have to write it. How familiar in the most basic sense-- the full effect of sharing so much intimacy. How could anyone NOT love this music?
