going to see them with a friend in jersey, september. really looking forward to it. that said, i own 3 of their albums, sure to be out of the loop - suggest what i am missing, what should i be listening to pre-show?

    I'm trying to make that show also. Saw them a few times and once at Starland. Great venue.
    There shows are always fun.

    My favorite album is Prolonging the Magic. Is say Comfort Eagle and Fashion Nugget next. Really though all their albums are very consistent. You could probably squeeze any song on any album and it would fit.

    They are supposed to be releasing a vinyl box set this year at some point. Excited for that.

    CAKE was one of my fav shows! great interaction with crowd. even gave a baby tree away to a person.

    listen to them all :)

    those are the three albums i own and love. :)
    but i see they have quite a catalog. do they have a new album?
