Does Pearl Jam give Poster Artists "Ground Rules"?

I've got to think they do this -- Ames, Munk One etc. work under certain creative restrictions. For example, "No portrayal of band members," "No exploitive depictions of women," etc.

Love the posters but at this point the ideas are getting retreaded too much. I look at the Wrigley Ames and Emek posters and think, I've seen one too many Apes and one too many Aliens.
