Cheers to good board members wanting to help others out!
Anyone have a self titled Avocado, in any shape at all? Just want one to play, beat up a little even?
Good luck OP

I paid $300 for Riot Act and No Code together... neither sealed but both unplayed with all items included... was that too much? lol
I guess it depends on who you ask. It sounds fair to me....about $160 or $170 for RA and $130 for No Code. It wasn't the deal of the century, but as earlier posted in the thread, its all dependent on who the seller is.
$70 to $100 for a RA seems unreal to me, maybe someone out there would sell for that.

Just curious.. Why are riot act, binaural and avocado so much more then no code and yield!?

I want to know this too!!!
Off the bat I would think... well there were only so many avocado albums released... right? a smaller number perhaps? aside from backspacer which is still readily available on the site... those three were the most recent albums.. supply and demand.. people are hoarding them right now??? Someone explain the economics to us!!

I don't have specific numbers....maybe someone else does....but Yield and No Code were more readily available in vinyl back in the day. This is especially true of Ten, Vs., and Vitalogy.
Then you get to 2000 with Binuarl (even LO2L) and on into RA, LD, and Avocado. These were in a much more limited release because vinyl was in a down-cycle. If I'm not mistaken, Avocado was only available here and limited to 2000?
So then when there is a renewed interest in these albums on vinyl, there aren't many to go around. Backspacer turns the pendulum in the other direction with too much production and limited interest beyond those that are after vinyl. But rest assured that when Backspacer's current stock sells out in the shop, it will instantly go to $50-$75 and on up....just because!
