Help Learning a Song

I had someone request that I play this song at my next show and I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

    i dunno man, there are multiple guitars in there.

    i tried to find a youtube video lesson on how to play it, but there weren't any.

    but by listening to it i hear a g, c, and a d in there. i would cheese it up a bit and just strum the chords. most people are more concerned with the lyrics.

    disclaimer- i do not have "perfect pitch" and i did not have a guitar handy when i listened to it...
