If anyone is coming into town for Baltimore, here are some links for some cheap (relative to the $200+ hotels are that weekend), but nice, places to stay. A good friend of mine rents places on the website airbnb.com. If you haven't heard of the site, I recommend checking it out anytime you travel.

But, for Baltimore, here are the links to the rooms they list.

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1331401 This room sleeps 2 people

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/742609 This room sleeps 3 people

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1421324 This is for both rooms.

The house these rooms are in are about a 5 minute walk from the light rail. The light rail ride to the arena is about 15 minutes. If you don't like the light rail, I'd estimate a cab ride from here to the arena is about $15-$20. I also live in this neighborhood and would totally be up for doing drinks pre or post-show with anyone. Any questions, just let me know!

If you check these links and someone has beaten you to the punch on booking them, message me. I can give you some tips on other cheap, but personable and convenient, options like these.

Someone from Baltimore may want to confirm this, but I believe the light rail will stop running before or close to the end of the show.

I'm not sure if they extend runs for events

Good point, I was thinking midnight, but the light rail is midnight every day but Sunday. Sunday it stops at 7. But, like I said above, these places are maybe a $20 cab ride, probably less.

Plenty of hotels within a 10 minute drive near BWI airport. If you don't mind staying outside of the city.

Yup. Most will be at least $100 a night, though, if not more.
