Passenger leaves baggage over $1,400 fee's

On Tuesday morning, a frustrated passenger on Delta Air Lines Flight 1452 from Seattle Tacoma International Airport to New York's JFK International Airport took luggage fee resentment to a new level. The traveler apparently simply gave up his bags.

    Stay away from Spirit Airlines.....the fare is cheap BUT they get on luggage fees up the wing wang. Which can easily another $100 to the fare....just travel real light, anything over 40 lbs a fee.

    Wow what a dumbass. I get that luggage fees suck. But on the other hand this person's actions shut down a portion of a major airport for 2 hours (and delayed how many other people) all because he couldn't be bothered to look up the weight limits and buy a $15 luggage scale.

    Just ship the stuff. Anyone bringing that much luggage on an airplane is a bit crazy.


    It costs about $85 dollars to ship 70 lbs of shit UPS ground. usually takes like 5 days.
