TM email - Your tickets are delayed????

I had to buy 3 singles for Baltimore and a single for each of Charlottesville and Charlotte - Now TM say my tickets are delayed as they are investigating whether I am a Bot. WTF is this?

    I have the same thing. I am guessing it is standard procedure for heavily sought after shows. I hope. Because I am not a bot!

    I got it too. I'm 0% concerned.

    I didn't get good enough tickets to make money off of anyway!

    In all seriousness though, I would call them asap to get it resolved before they mistakenly believe you were a 'bot'. Maybe it won't matter for you, but I would guess that would be your best bet.

    I wouldnt worry bout it.... I got it too... It even says on the events page all tickets orders are held till Aug 9 and will be printed and sent out after that date.... As long as u didnt go over the limit per show I wouldnt worry.

    I got the message too. This must be a new SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to help crack down on the ticket scalping issues plaguing live entertainment. It would be awesome to have a whole bunch of tickets voided and put back on the market because scalpers got busted.

    I've bought about 5 shows over the last year and got the same email every time. I never thought much of it and just shrugged it off and got the tickets each time about 2 weeks or so after the order.

    However, my email just said there was a delay for business purposes and never mentioned an investigation.
