There has been talk that the show time for the December 9th show has been moved up to let PJ perform a FULL set, is that confirmed? If so, from where? I saw a article on the internet but I do not trust anything on the internet. I have tried writing the Ten Club to get absolute confirmation but have not heard back yet. If it is true, my plans of not going to the show would definitely change.
thanks

That would be awesome. I have been saying that for months. Especially, considering there is another opening act, "Rocco and the Devils" scheduled to appear as well with the curfew being at 11, it would mean a very short set. If there is any confirmation on this, please post it. However, 2 months ago there was a quote from a person at Aloha Staduim in a Honolulu paper saying that the curfew was 11 and show was still starting at 7:30, and nothing would be changed. Hopefully, they will push the start time up.. . .I somehow doubt it though.

Give yourself a buffer; most importantly be in your seat on time (and stay for the entire show). I feel confident you won't be dissapointed.. ;-)

Rocko and the Devils now go on at 6:30 allowing Pearl Jam to play a full set .Though I'm sure this means a Tom Petty type full set od 90 minutes.

From the Rocko and the Devils website:
Hawaii show starts at 6:30pm Dec. 9th - Don't be late!

This is great news. . . .almost makes up for the fact that I can't make Saturday's show. . .OK, that's not true, but it's still great news.

Right, that is what I am thinking -- not a FULL set, but a "full set." Still, a "full set" plus a U2 show in my book is fucking incredible.

    I'll see you there!
