Stay at my house in Seattle in return for 1 GA ticket?

I've been a 10c member since the mid 90s, and this is the first time I have't been able to get 10 Club tickets. I live a mere 10 minute walk from the Key Arena in Seattle, just up the hill in Queen Anne. I have a guest room. I was thinking that if you let me buy your extra GA ticket at face value, I could let you crash at my house the night of the concert. I imagine several of you will be coming from out of town and would like to avoid expensive Seattle hotel costs.
If you already live in Seattle, I could trade you a GA NIN ticket (Nov 22) for a GA PJ ticket.
