quite an onsale experience

I have historically gotten 10c tickets about 60%-75% of the time....for this on sale I wanted hartford, worcester, brooklyn 1 and 2. All I got was hartford.
Public onsale I had about 10 friends trying from different places to get tickets for me for all of those shows...and collectively we got 0. Got "in line" immediatly and then 20 minutes later got a sold out notification. The captchas were pathetic and in some instances were repeating so I wouldnt be surprised if the bots grabbed em all instantly...
I have been buying concert tickets for close to 20 years now and this is one of the worst results I have ever had, especially considering it included a fan club presale and a public onsale.
I am sure im not the only one who got shut out but I just had to vent....so pissed that im going to probably have to pay way over face on ebay to some scalper.
/rant
btw...cant wait for hartford!

Words can't describe that sinking feeling coming off such a high.
On that note, I have two Charlotte's for sale. Maybe I'll give them up for close to face
Live On 4 Legs can be found on Apple Podcast, Spotify and any other major podcast platform. But please support our website and check out the episodes archived there. Oh, and the Concertpedia as well (for you Five Horizons and Two Feet Thick fans, we've picked up where they've left off)

I prefer the old system, even if I did have to try for hours to get tix. At least I would usually end up with something!
Spent the last two hours with my mom frantically trying for Pittsburgh and the two Barclays shows. Got two sets of crap tickets to P'burgh and Night 1 of Barclays. Nada for Night 2. Bought 2 Floor (ten club reselling??) tickets to P'burgh off StubHub and will hopefully sell the 4 crap from TM tix I have for that night to break even. StubHub not even offering tix to Barclays. They're up on TicketsNow for HUNDREDS to THOUSANDS EACH. Ugh.
Just wanted to reminisce about the good old days. I remember going to the post office for a money order to send the 10c.
Mind you, I'm 30. I'm too young to be reminiscing! Just bring back the old way cause this lottery did not work out so well.
It's a far cry from the days of frantically reloading for tickets a la '06 through '10; while those were nail-biters, I managed to see every show I wanted to see at a fair price. This, I got one and barely got a second.
I'd love to see the process change a bit to allow catching more shows local. I understand that perhaps the organization doesn't want people to get blocked out of their hometown shows by people coming from all over the place bearing greater seniority than Stone. Still, the '06 tour from Vegas to SF was one of my favorite memories and I hate to think I'm going to have to struggle for tix. Not abandoning 10C, just voicing my opinion that this new system could be improved.
(Maybe 10C members express interest/commitment farther in advance and use that when negotiating with venues & ticketing cos for a guaranteed take on 10C tix? "We have XYZ cash-in-hand commitments"... Could also help with tour planning & routing, no?)
I hear ya. I plan on going to a Ticketmaster outlet next time, this online nonsense is too aggravating. Still hunting down tickets for Brooklyn to see my first show!
I am hanging in the balance of a perfect finished plan
