ok, so let me just get clear on this.....tickets.com has the virtual waiting room and doesn't allow you to pick seats, right? Is it strictly "best available"?

So I will refresh the screen at 10am and just wait to be "chosen"?

    Yes, the same waiting room that I never got out of for Wrigley. Here's to better luck for Buffalo!

    Just noticed they changed the seating chart. Looks like the whole arena is open
