Summerfest '06, night 1 dedication

Can someone tell me who this show was dedicated to that night? Ed dedicates that show as they start with Wasted Reprise and then mentions that band was emotional that night.

I think it had something to do with Peter Gammons (baseball announcer). He had a stroke or heart attack a few days earlier. They dedicated a song to him at one of the XCel Energy shows a day or two earlier. That is my educated guess.

TFT Notes: During “Wasted Reprise”, Ed states “We’d like to dedicate this show to Kalehua”, in reference to Boom’s mother, who passed away the previous day. The mood onstage is emotional, with Ed consoling Boom often during the performance.
