Thx for the bumps! I got a reply from my email inquiry stating that there is currently no info regarding wrigley merch. At least it wasn't "no you're never getting it so just keep dreaming..." . I am patient and just have a feeling it'll show up. Someone bought this who doesn't want it, right? I really everyone who's looking can find one, because it truly was sheer luck how I got mine.
I had tried at the merch tables twice-- the first time around, after 5 hours waiting, the guy in front of me got the very last one. :fp: The second time, I was waiting in line before the table opened up, only about 35 people from the front. I thought my chances were good! As they were setting up, I asked if they had them in stock and they told me they only received 8 of these jerseys for the day. 8!! They were long gone by the time I got up there. Fast forward to just before the show, I was waiting outside to meet up with my ticket buddy and a guy on his cell phone wandered close to me where I was sitting on the ground. He was carrying the jersey in a clear plastic bag. After he ended his call, I jokingly tapped him and said, "Hey! You bought my shirt!" and he says, "I was going to go try to exchange it because it's too small for my girlfriend. I'll sell it to you for face if you want it." I was like "WHAA?? Oh hell yes!". True story!!
So see, I literally lucked my way into it just because I asked, just like you are! I'm really pulling for you shetellsherself!!

I was close to getting one, like 4 people ahead of me inside the venue ... We had given up even trying to get anything outside, so I tried with my last energy to get one there. Waiting, waiting, waiting ... But then I looked at my lovely husband and he was not having fun waiting for me. So I sacrificed the merch, which I wasn't even sure to get anyway, for a good time. Still, that sweater is on my mind though :shifty:
