Went ok, but this format is WAAAYYYYY better.

Why is this one better? What is working better than that one? I skimmed through it and I kinda like the position aspect for bonus points.

the problem with position, is there is such a lockdown on position IMO without too much movement. Position is normally very predictable. When we choose the songs, we basically have a mental idea of when they would exactly get played during any given show.

It would be interesting to modify that perhaps for next time and offer both ways. That way people could also double up. Wouldnt mind having 2 "teams" to follow for different goals.

    the standings are pretty interesting.

I would say anyone with 3 songs or less remaining, still in the single-digits of duplicates are in the driver's seat.

It will be interesting to see if and how much they change it up for leg 2.

Yeah that is true. I definitely picked Oceans kniwing that it is an opener and therefore not be played alot. But turns out that it didn't open.

    2 teams =

Definitely agree with the 3 songs left to be played with single digit duplicates are really the teams poised for a win.

So far the North America Lightning Bolt Tour has been one of Pearl Jam's best. The Ten Club is excited to bring you the official bootlegs from these legendary shows. Every Friday (beginning 11/15) you can catch the world premier of a Lightning Bolt tour show on Sirius XM's Pearl Jam Radio, channel 22. Then the following Wednesday, you can pick up the Bootleg at pearljam.com.

For the first time ever, we are offering Hi-Res FLACs recorded at 96K for higher fidelity.

Very cool! The winners here will be pleased to have at least some of these to choose from!

...... Can shows that just happened last month really be legendary though? I think 10c might be jumping the gun there.

For most of the shows yeah I think they may be jumping the gun. For Hartford... I think they may be spot on.

How do I wait till January for that boot?!??

Since it will be a while before we have all the new bootlegs available maybe we can each purchase a gift card for the winner?

    http://pearljam.com/giftcards

We would of course have to figure out shipping but that could be done easily enough. $16.98 plus shipping to the winner's home address. Then the winner could pick boots of his/her choice as they become available.

Speaking of the bootleg prizes, are we talking downloads or CDs? Or is it completely up to the winner? Or the loser? ... I can't even remember if a purchased bootleg download is done with a download code, or if a link shows up in our order history. If the latter, then obviously the prize bootlegs would have to be CDs.

I am pretty sure we wanted hard copy CDs, but I could be wrong.

Okay, so winner's choice (not sure anyone would ever pick digital, but it's possible. There might be some who just don't want CDs??).

Just a thought,I think the winner of this contest is currently sitting at the lower end of the standings. So early high scores may not be so good when all said and done .Im guessing if you have a max possible score of 250 or over and need 2-6 songs your prob set up for a strong finish.

We earlier theorized a great spot right now was probably 2-3 unplayed with <10 duplicates

One playing each of Undone, Love Boat Captain and I'm Open would make me very happy. :D

I agree that that is a good spot to be in, but really depends on the 2-3 songs not played.

Going through the lists, there are a handful of songs that I don't think get played. So many of those with unplayed songs will not go 10/10.

    Of the Earth
    Hitchhiker
    Push me,Pull me
    God's Dice
    Who you are
    Army Reserve
    Force of Nature
    Breakerfall
    Education
    Brother
    Mankind
    You Are
    Hold On
    Supersonic
    Undone
    I'm Open
    Johnny Guitar
    Can't Keep
    W.M.A.

    etc.

    tough ones to count on.

Eddie and Stone had a conversation/disagreement right before Daughter at Worcester 2. It reaaly looked like Mankind was coming for a few seconds. Would be lying if I said this league didn't cross my mind.

And this is the fact that makes the "1 play = max points" so much better than if we did "1 play = 1 point". Still anyone's game.

Scoresheet updated with a new sheet title 'Score over Time', which is exactly what it sounds like. Line graph of the scores over the first leg. This is not automatically updated, but will be easy to add going forward into the second leg by copy/pasting. Unfortunately, the revision history did not go back far enough to get all of the data..
