Twice...East Rutherford 2000 and Mansfield 2003. Both of which are kind of obsure places to play Oceans, since neither is particularly close to the ocean."McCready played on, lending credence to the theory that he was actually built in Stone’s basement from spare truck parts and vinyl records." - Glide Mag. review of MSG 7/8/030

I consider myself VERY luck to have heard it in Melbourne '09.
They played at a venue called Etihad Stadium to a crowd in excess of 40,000. I was in the midst of a general admission area that was bigger than it should have been. The roof was closed, it was freakin' hot and water was being passed around in cups left, right and centre. I hadn't had the chance to eat all day, I felt a little queasy and claustrophobic, but then it happened ... and it was god-damn magical.0 -
Oceans is the last song that I have not heard live that I want to hear. No...I have not heard all of their other songs live. But Oceans is the last one on my short list of songs that I really want to hear live before the band stops touring. OH MAN! Yeah, it was. Believe it or not, it was my first PJ show (what a long wait!). I think I kept yelling about who else could say her first PJ show was on the beach with no shoes. Haha0 -
I'm dating myself, but they opened with that in 1992 at the Roseland. The highlight (beyond the music) was some moron taking an encore-set stage dive into a patch of no one: You could hear the thud over everything else that was happening.
Also: I'm old!0 -
Columbus 2010
After being a Pearl Jam fan as long as I can remember, that was the first show I was able to make it to. I knew I was in for a treat when Oceans kicked in.Columbus 2010 - Atlanta 2012 - Charlotte 20130
