I am fairly confident a second show will be announced. First Macklemore/Ryan Lewis Key Arena show sold out in 10-15 minutes. It took a few days for them to announce a second show. That second show sold out very quickly too. Then they announced a third show, and that one sold out. Mac and RL did a big solid for their fans, helping them avoid asshole ticket scalpers.

I can see PJ announcing a second show depending on how fast the first one sells out. Last time they played in Seattle (2009 believe it or not!), they announced two shows at the same time from what I can remember. I don't think they sold out. If the first one did, I think it took a long time for that to happen. I think this time around they want to guarantee a sold out show before announcing a second one.

On a side note, anyone want to start a petition for Pearl Jam to rock out Safeco Field next summer? Paul McCartney played an incredible show according to everyone there, I could totally see Pearl Jam rocking Safeco next summer like they did with Wrigley Field this year.

    Pearl Jam:
    Key Arena - Seattle, WA - Sep 21, 2009
    Pacific Coliseum - Vancouver, BC - Sep 25, 2011
    Key Arena - Seattle, WA - Dec 6, 2013

    Eddie Vedder Solo:
    Benaroya Hall - Seattle, WA - Jul 15, 2011
  • I would sign! It would be amazing to see them at Safeco! So if they announce 2nd Key show, would they do 10c tix for that show then sale to public, as normal?

I believe so! I remember when EV played his solo shows here a couple years ago, they initially only announced 1 Seattle show. Of course, those tickets sold out very fast, both TC and public tickets. I think the second show they announced and sold out hastily to the public and then afterwards announced that there was some left over Ten Club tickets reserved for only those who missed out on the first show's TC tickets.

I believe that since it is a full band show and they are doing this new lottery thing, they will probably do TC tickets first, then public tickets.

Don't say Monday the 29th. I'm working out of town that day. :(

If anything else we will all have to be glued to the board & Ticketmaster if tickets for Night 2 go up for sale along with all the other PJ show's @ 10am this Saturday.
