Was anyone else disappointed with the Hyatt on Wacker?

Or was it just me? The bathroom was freaking awful. The tub was slippery as hell and the water pressure in both the shower and sink sucked donkey balls. The walls were made out of paper and every time one of my neighbors returned to their room I thought someone was trying to get into mine. The TV was terrible (which I shouldn't complain about cuz I didn't watch it) and some standard things that I got used to in cheap hotels were missing from the Hyatt, such as cups for the bathroom, mattresses that don't murder one's back, adequate lighting, and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. I had to open the door post shower (and if you were there this weekend you know multiple showers a day were necessary cuz of the heat) to defog the mirror.
Pros: the provided lighted magnifying mirror served as a decent nightlight and there was an in room safe, as well as ironing board and iron, hair dryer, and coffee machine (none of which i used). The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bars in the building were cool. The complimentary boarding pass printing station was a nice touch as well.
I knew about this going in, but $200/night and they want $13/day for wifi? The location was fantastic though. I just really didn't like the actual room, it was very clean.

Only real problem was getting back to it Saturday morning after the show. We walked 3 of the 5 miles back before finally flagging a cab. That sucked.
"...I changed by not changing at all..."
Agree about the TV...man that sucked. Very quiet around our room but we were on the 14th floor and checked in on Wednesday.
I paid $135/night on Hotwire

I don't believe it was part of our reservation. I didn't book the room though.

Mattress was too hard, and tv were lacking in choices.
We were super lucky getting back to the hotel after the show. We walked about 3 blocks (past the train platform) and flagged down a cab and got back just before 3:00am. We had no idea that there were so many issues with transportation until the next day.
Good to know for anyone who may be booking a room here: request west tower if possible.
