G.A. Standing

Does anyone know what this means?

I have G.A. Standing for Oakland. Can someone tell me
where I will be at the concert? Front,Middle,Back? I'm not familiar
with the setup at Oakland.

    Is this the same at all venues?

    Why do I hear of people that start lining up at 8am - if you're gonig to be no worse than 3rd row.....

    I've gone to the Bridge School Benefit every year,
    and every year I'm on the green. I'm gonna have to buy me some
    very comfortable shoes,and lay off the water,because I don't want to miss a thing.
    Are Cameras allowed at all?

    Yes all that have GA and it all depends. GA is essentially like seeing a club show. you get in and first come first served to the rail and goes back from there. Then you spend the rest of the day defending your space.

    Since my +1 is my wife, I am getting to GA whenever I get there and will hover around the area closest to the bathroom lol. I guess the days of moshing my way to the front row by the 3rd song are over :lol:

    My bladder wakes me up 20 minutes before the alarm,So I need a clear shot of the restrooms. :lol:

    that's not true, GA is definitely the rows in front of the stage, but that could be 30 rows in front of the stage, depending on the venue and how they set it up
