What is an original sealed vs. worth?

I saw this in a record shop around here for $68. Is that a good deal? They also had an unsealed first pressing for $38. Not sure if either of these are worth it. What say you?

Thanks,
Shawn

Took a look at completed listings on eBay and those prices seem to be high. On a glance, the sealed seems to go $35-55. Open $20-30, but didn't check specific pressings.

Both were first pressings so I was curious. They also had who killed Rudolph and angel singles what about those? How about a let me sleep single, what is that worth?
