    Me too. I haven't been there since the NCAA tournament in 05.
    I live 2 minutes from that bank. I commute to Boston. But I already put in for that week off!

    Same story, got denied as my first choice in lottery, fortunately buddy scored GA. Apparently trying to play the percentages and go for reserved first choice at Worcester backfired.

    Always hoped they would play Worcester, but never thought it would actually happen -- I'm so freakin excited for this show. The Centrum is a great place to see shows. Saw Phish here, along with a dual bill of Wilco/Neil Young, which was actually the first concert I ever went to with my now wife.

    As for pre-game venues, Armsby Abbey would be perfect if it weren't so damn small.......

    Green St. has several that are walking distance with plenty of room. The problem with Armsby is that there's nothing else nearby.

    Put all my eggs in the Worcester basket for my first lottery and scored GA tickets (yes, I'm "that person" with a low number who got their first choice but is incredibly thankful).

    Boston 2010 was one of the best experiences of my life, I cannot WAIT. My PJ buddy and I are set with days off of work and grad school respectively to drive out from Cambridge and experience it.

    I'm also thanking my lucky stars that I moved up here from Florida 7 years ago. This schedule has been pretty rough on some of my friends down south.

    We have been checking prices too and we just confirmed our room at the Marriott Courtyard in Worcester. It looks like it is super close to the arena. Free parking and we can save the cab fair! Done and done!

    I think they'll be pleasantly surprised how good the fans will be here. When they did Small Town in Boston ('10), Eddie dropped the names of some Mass. towns. When he said Holden (my town) and Shrewsbury, there was a response that really impressed me.
