Wembley ticket problem (can anybody help?)

Hey people. I've got 2 standing tickets for Wembley and 2 seating. Me and my brother were going to stand, and my girlfriend and her friend were going to sit but now I have a problem. I've just been told I have to have an operation soon which will mean it would be dangerous whilst still recovering to stand at the gig so I'm going to take one of the seating tickets instead. The problem is the standing tickets are in MY name and fanclub number so theres no way my brother or anyone else can claim them. I was wondering if anyone knows what happens on the day? Is it possible I can claim them at the gig then pass them on to my bro and girlfriends mate? Or is it once you have got them you are locked into the standing section so I can't leave to get to my seat if that makes any sense?

Sorry for the essay, I just don't know what to do. I don't want to swap them for all seating as my bro will be devastated, hes waited forever to get close to the stage. Any help will be much appreaciated, thanks.

    you'll just pick them up then pass them to your brother/friend, don't worry.

    there's too many people that will arrive on the day or come after work, that'd be a mess.
