Worcester and Hartford ticket requests only

I've seen this blended into other threads but would like to hear from people who only put in for these shows.

Please list:
1.) Choices and the order of choices.
2.) When you submitted your choices.
3.) Did you make changes after submitting?
4.) What you got, didn't get.
5.) Confirmation time. This is the most important to figure out any rhyme or reason to this whole thing.


1.) Worcester Reserved, Hartford Reserved, Worcester GA, Hartford GA
2.) Same day as the tour was announced.
3.) No.
4.) Hartford Reserved only.
5.) 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time

Interesting that awilkins got Worcester GA with a 2nd Priority. That would mean someone who had Worcester Reserved 1st and got shut out likely would have won with Worcester GA 1st.

Yeah, I think the trick here is that less people put in for GA over Reserved, hence increasing chances. I put in for GA, even though I like having my own spot/seat (I'll still stand the entire show), but wanted the GA experience and was concerned that my 332xxx would put me in seats on floor behind GA, and my estimation that GA for both would give best possible outcome for tickets, even if there are twice + as many seats than GA for lottery.

I think the lottery is all about figuring out what most everyone else will do and tailoring that to what best suits you personally. I have to travel to shows, and they're in larger markets, so I tried to increase chances for tickets to anything at all, not necessarily my absolute preference. Also, it seems they drew GA first--I didn't know that beforehand--and that helped me out.

I preferred reserved to the point I didn't even try to get GA tickets. I lost the lottery, I'd still rather try to get seats through ticketmaster then deal with pit seating.

3.) I did cancel and resubmit same requests in same order but changed credit card info. I think I did it Saturday or Sunday.
4.) Worcester GA only
5.) 9:22 EST. loooong day of waiting and obsessively checking website and email . So happy that I get GA for at least one show!!
