    I realized this would be a nightmare to maintain everyday after work...a buddy of mine created a google doc located here which I updated with the info from everybody up to lebowski70: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... ZR3c#gid=0

    All you need to do in order to edit it is simply fill in the fields and then close the window!
